Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Important Shipping Information
Multiple Item Orders
Items in your order may be shipped from different international warehouse locations. You may receive multiple packages from the same order, potentially arriving at different times. No additional shipping charges apply for split shipments.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. A $7 address correction fee applies if changes are requested after shipment.
Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and charges levied by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Delivery Issues
Failed Deliveries
Carriers will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. After failed attempts, packages are held at local post offices for 10-15 days before being returned to sender.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 45 days of shipment, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Claims must be filed within 60 days of shipment.
Damaged Items
Inspect your package upon delivery. Report any visible damage to the carrier immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
